I had the opportunity of working with one of my favorite bloggers and influencers, Amy. One of my main tasks was engagement with followers. I frequently responded to comments from followers in a consistent brand voice. We were able to work together to increase her follower count and likes per post.
Additionally, I frequently created graphics for her Instagram story and blog use. These graphics recieved roughly 3,000 impressions per post. It was also super cool to share my work with an audience of over 120,000 followers.
One of my proudest accomplishments was redesigning her 2020 Holiday Gift Guide graphics which led to a 114% increase in revenue.
I was hired onto the Effie's Paper: Stationary & What Not team in order to help out with social media management and brainstorm content creation. Based on a SWOT analysis of the account, I recommended a series of Instagram posts to drive engagement and increase follower count. We worked together on the creation of stop motion animations, personalized posts, and graphics based on recent trends in social media.
Most recent projects include editing TikToks and Instagram reels which I love since video editing was my first passion!
While serving on the executive board for Saint Louis University Miracle Network Dance Marathon, I co-ran our social media accounts. Our most popular account with the largest following was Instagram, which we were able to cultivate from around 800 followers to over 1,000 followers over the year.
In order to increase engagement, we learned to post at points in the day where our audience was most active, which was usually sometime at lunch and later into the evening. We realized that shorter captions were more successful as were captions with some sort of visual, like an emoji.
